What exactly is not working?

Portal account/link in-game, i was linked via facebook only, it said scopely account had a level 1 account, so i tried to link both together and create an account on the portal, now what said would take 24hrs to create a profile all i get is 404 error when i click my profile, i have also claimed 2 of thr domination bags for free am they havent been located on my account

how do you get them to fix gaming problems when you submit numerous tickets to no resolve now can"t even play game have spent lots of money and if can"t play would like a refund on all money spent
