What exactly is not working?

One of characters health has been at 0 for months. O can't use help packs or ask faction for help

Where in the game did it happen?

Roster list. I hadn't used that character it just happened.

    Je des catcheur qui son en vie 0 et je n'arrive pas à les soigner car il repon quil sont dan une quête hor quil nia plus de quête et je du coup triple h de mon abonnement que je ne sest pas utiliser donc pour linstemp je araiter mon abonnement jusque ce soi en ordre
