What exactly is not working?

I cannot activate Thunderdome moment even though I have 7 of 8 superstars yet, the requirement is only 6 superstars

Where in the game did it happen?

the new moments mode

What are the steps to reproduce it?

Go to moments see thunderdome and will be listed as inactive

When or since when did it happen?

Today at launch of moments

How often do you experience this issue?

Everytime
