Not Able to Start a Tag Match

What exactly is not working? Tag Team Matches

Where in the game did it happen? All gameplay modes

What are the steps to reproduce it? It does not matter which gameplay mode I try. I can select my wrestlers for a tag match, then I get the normal loading screen but nothing happens after that. My screen goes blank and I have to manual reset the game and when I restart, my wrestlers have their health completely gone. I can try waiting for the match to load, but I get kicked out after 10 minutes of inactivity.

When or since when did it happen? Since the most recent game update in December 2021.

How often do you experience this issue? Every single time I try a tag team match. I play the game daily.

What device are you playing on? Applie iPad Mini 6 2021 version

Which OS and game version? Newest Apple OS. Game version: 21121750.0.540
