Update on Purple Heatwave/TP??

It’s been three weeks now since the first day of this MLC. I did not receive any of the TP I claimed for that day from daily missions, backstage bags, or the purple heatwave 500 pack. That’s a lot of TP.
Obviously Scopely screws something up with anything new, but this is usually corrected and compensated within a few days. What is going on here? Obviously can’t ask support, since I’ll get an automatic reply to the “known issue.”
Sorry to bring this here, but I feel like we’re entitled to some communication after THREE weeks. What is going on?

it was corrected a few days after the start indeed and the following update they gave was to contact support should you believe you did not get yours so that is what you'll need to do unfortunately if you think that's your case.

Hello Rastegari, the team is aware of the issue and is still working through the solution. This wasn’t an easy fix which is why it’s taking so long. Hopefully it should be resolved soon. Thanks
