What exactly is not working?

Every time I post in support about an issue, all I get is "Thank you for submitting a ticket on this topic!

I'm going to close out this conversation since I've flagged your account to get looked at for anything unusual. If there's anything unrelated you need help with please open up a new conversation and a member of our team will be happy to help."

And then nothing ever gets fixed.

Where in the game did it happen?

Every time i ask.

What are the steps to reproduce it?

Ask for support, and bash your head against a wall.

When or since when did it happen?

How often do you experience this issue?

Seriously though, I have cloned superstars (asked for support, ticket submitted, and nothing), I miss out on stip tours because the internet drops out randomly and it kicks me out of the match. I can't afford to spend in game cash to redo a stip tour, and i shouldn't have to if it's an issue that's out of my control. Ticket submitted, and nothing will obviously happen.

Random things that happen that I can't fix but get punished by. Is there a way to bypass the bot? Some way to get around "sending in a ticket"?
