DX Vault reset

So I have had an issue for awhile. When the DX vault was updated with the new tiers about 6 months ago, all the previous tiers when the vault first started reset and were able to be pulled again after already clearing them. Starting from scratch has had me pull my subscriptions as I will never catch up to the tiers i am supposed to be at. Any assistance with this issue would be greatly appreciated.
