What exactly is not working?

I am being logged into random accounts instead of my account.

Where in the game did it happen?

During log in?

What are the steps to reproduce it?

Every time I try to log in

When or since when did it happen?

This has been happening since July 6th or 7th

How often do you experience this issue?

Every day. Every time I try to log in.

What device are you playing on?

Android Motorola G7 Play

Which OS and game version?

Android version 10

There's an issue with my entire account including the forum and portal


What have you tried so far to fix it on your side?

I have uninstalled the game and Google play. Cleared my cache. Restarted my phone. Reinstalled both Google play and the game app. Relaunching both.

No success!
