What exactly is not working?

Went to web portal to claim my rewards. After claiming them from there I went back to the game to claim it there. Upon attempting to claim them in game as soon as I tried to I received a message saying the rewards were unclaimed.

Where in the game did it happen?

In game where the rewards are stored.

What are the steps to reproduce it?

Grabbed the rewards from the web portal and then went in game to receive them.

When or since when did it happen?

Earlier today.

How often do you experience this issue?

This is the first time it's happened.
