What exactly is not working?

Hell tour has SummerSlam Month solo points instead of Weekend Machismo Solo Points

    The tour is updated but I can’t get the points

    Also happened to me. Now it shows the solo Machismo points but we cannot get them. Instead we are left with 105,000 useless MLC points that were not needed. What will be done to fix this?

    I have opened the tour and there is no opportunities to get the solo points. I am close to another milestone and would appreciate your help.

    We didn't get chance to grab it here in india. same thing happened in the first week of this MLE with bulldog event. Not fare for us

    We are still waiting for resolution. What is the update on the items below?


    Giving solo MLC points instead of Machismo event points created a problem on the MLC contest side as it bumped people off the leaderboards.


    Giving solo MLC points instead of Machismo points gave many more people Warrior than those that should have legitimately received him. This causes game inbalance and is not fair to those players that earned Warrior the legit way in the contest.


    Giving solo MLC points instead of Machismo event points cost milestone acheivement and also in game store prize wall tokens.


    Giving incorrect event points also created situations with spending decisions that would have been different for the prize wall and for the Bloodline event.


    As seen above there are many issues that were created by this mistake. The events are over now but support has not reached out with any communication to the players impacted. When will this be made right for all players impacted?

    Hello Cykotik, on your original post you mentioned the 105k solo MLE points were useless and in this one you’re claiming they are affecting leaderboards. People that would have gained another milestone in the machismo contest from the event points were sent the rewards by support. If this affects you in this way and you haven’t received them, please reach out to support. Otherwise we consider this matter closed. Thanks

    @DKMangler Thank you for the response.

    That is correct. The leaderboard part I brought up was something mentioned to me by one of my faction mates and not something that impacted me directly. In the impacts listed I went through and listed all of them I could think of as the person impacted does not change if there was an impact. Basically, I do not need to just speak for myself and no one else when there are possibly hundred of players impacted.

    I have an open item with support as well. They said it was being looked into and now have not commented on the ticket in 3 days. It seems like it may not be something that is compensated based on the length of time it has taken so far and the fact that there are no longer comments on it or updates provided.

    What is the next course of action available if a ticket is just not being updated or addressed?

    Hello. I have received an update since my last message. Now support replied with a message and a link to access the known issues currently in the game. This does not list the issue from over the weekend with the incorrect event points for Warrior solo MLC and Machismo.

    What is the escalation path or next steps to be taken with this issue? Support seems to either not understand or not care, which is not overly surprising.

    Is there any way that there will be a resolution and something will be fixed for the impacted players?
