I Lost My Mutants Return Briefcase Keys Due To Game Freezing

As I was playing today, I had saved up 19,750 Mutants Return Briefcase Keys, good for 19 pulls. I clicked on the Mutants Return Briefcase Icon to redeem my 19 pulls. My game froze and I have lost 19,000 of my keys and left with 750 keys, which equates to 0 pulls. Is anyone having this issue with this contest? Can the pulls that I lost be sent back to my inbox or am I just s.o.l.? Thank you
