What have you tried so far to fix it on your side?

Force stop game, clearing cache, reinstalling game

BTW several other players from our faction are facing the same issue so I consider it a bigger problem on server side...

Tried to contact service but there is no category to choose from for issues like that. (or I'm too blind to see it...)
