Stuck on a tutorial loop

I was hoping to return to playing the game after not playing for a couple of years so I re-downloaded the game and signed in with FB to get my old account back.

when I sign in to the game I’m prompted to do the “Leagues Tutorial” (the one where the Rock goes through it) however when I go through the tutorial and back to the Home Screen it keeps making me do the tutorial over and over like it’s stuck in a loop and I cannot click on anything else on the screen. I’ve tried in-installing and re-installing, even using the blue stacks emulator on PC I’m having the same problem.
