What exactly is not working?

Not loading Andre event tour

Where in the game did it happen?

When I started hard tour of Andre event trial

What are the steps to reproduce it?

I tried starting the hard tour of the Andre event tour TRIAL

When or since when did it happen?

12 mid night EST. I was able to finish normal tour

Every time.i tried
