Faction Boss Bug Idle

What exactly is not working?

Faction Boss Mode. When we are defeated and wait our team to finish their match. The game don't give us rewards because we are idle. Of course we have no choice to be idle we must wait our teammate finish their match.

What are the steps to reproduce it?

Just play it and be defeated and wait

When or since when did it happen?

Today with this new mode

How often do you experience this issue?

Each faction Boss battle if I don't click 1 million time on the icon info everywhere and same with that. Not always work

What device are you playing on?

IOS on my Ipad Air 2 and bluestack version 5.5.120.1028

the last version of course

What have you tried so far to fix it on your side?

I have try to click 1 million time on each info stuffs during the defeat screen but specially just before the Boss be defeated.

Any Screenshots or videos of the issue that help us to understand it better?

Will be interesting if in future. This kind of problem will not happen. I means its part of the mode to be idle when we are defeated. I don't see much what else we can do? There is no spectator mode to allow us to watch our teammate battle.

I just notice also that my name is not there. I don't understand under Undertaker ''The Deadman'' there is something name Trainee and not my name Warriornator.

So there is a problem with this mode. Just sad that don't allow us to play it correctly
