Is there an ongoing issue with facebook connectivity to our accounts? We have had multiple accounts in the past 10 days reset to level 1 and are dependent on support to help address and reset after multiple back and forth.


After a few times... this looks to be a broader issue with something behind the scenes vs a “glitch”.


IGN: thebear41 if you wanna see what’s going on. For now.... it’s blank01010283 level 1 champ!


interesting note... this posts as my actual IGN name but I cannot get to that account!

    Whhere exactly are you trying to login with your FB account?


    There is no issue with the Facebook Connect, at least not on our site. Usually this happens when your Facebook account(s) get mixed up withh your in-game account(s). To make sure your main account is connected to the right Facebook account please contact our Support Team and have them disconnect your Facebook and correct your account.

    It’s definitely something disconnected on someone’s end as I was able to post as thebear (real name) and now as blank across different areas of the portal. All logged in with Facebook.

    If you already cleared cache, tried incognito mode etc and nothing helped, please contact our Support Team. They are happy to look into it.
