Faction chat

Are any other members of the game having issues with their faction not loading? Cuz my faction, muddogs2020 is unable to view our faction chat

    Hello Firpo,


    My faction chat went down yesterday. I've sent in a report to support.

    What happens for me is I'll see it scrolling through as it loads the chat. Just before it gets to the latest post, the screen goes blank.

    I exit out of the chat and go back in but now the game freezes on the blank chat page forcing me to close the game.

    Same problem here, and for most people within my faction. Chat down since yesterday.

    Also the same as above. Chat would show briefly and try to load but the red circle ⭕ would spin. Nothing shows up and the window would freeze.

    Dusting this off-updated phone yesterday to newest version of the game and now can't see faction chat again.Cleared cache,uninstalled reinstalled the game and that didn't help any.

    1. What exactly is not working? The game crashes when click on chat
    2. Where in the game did it happen? on the faction screen
    3. What are the steps to reproduce it? goto your faction and click on chat
    4. When or since when did it happen? since march 7th or 8th
    5. How often do you experience this issue? everytime i click on the chat button
    6. What device are you playing on? PC
    7. Which OS and game version? Windows, and current since its on the web portal
    8. What is your in-game name (case sensitive!) - (obviously also your Forum name)
    9. What have you tried so far to fix it on your side? I have have tried multiple web browsers, chrome firefox edge, all them crash. i have reset browsers to defaults, cleared cookies and cache, reinstalled the browser. This does not happen on my android device.

    same issue i contacted support they said they passed the info on to the team no eta as when it will be fixed

    Contacted support about a week ago,they said they are aware of the issue and are investigating it.No eta on when it will be fixed
