What exactly is not working?

Items delivered from Web Portal to game disappeared when claimed. Included current event $29.99 and $4.99 packs, all stamp claims, event claims and daily claims.

From Rewards screen

Unknown, did not try another purchase

Not long after 7pm EST 2/25/2022.
