Stamp reward?

I was just told by support that in order to get all the rewards for the Daily Standard Stamp Card (with the final reward of 10000 keys), you have to claim the first reward within an hour of the event starting. First off, is this true? Secondly, wouldn't this make it impossible for many players to collect all the rewards since this is a worldwide game and many people are probably sleeping when the event starts? Seems pretty scummy if it was true.

Sir, I have been trying to work with support since Friday. One person told me I needed to collect the first prize by 4 AM BEFORE THE EVENT EVEN STARTED in order to collect all the rewards. It seems pretty clear to me that their job is to deny any glitch that can cause a player to miss out on a reward, no matter what it is. There is only a few hours left before those keys that I didn't receive won't matter anyway. It looks like support has won this round only because I have run out of time.

If you have a glitch that causes health loss, they are more than happy to throw health packs your way. Anything else they will do their hardest to not do anything about it.

Just look at my situation. The Stamp card is supposed to give five rewards over the course of four days. They were able to confirm that I collected rewards four times, which means I should have received all five rewards. However, they keep telling me that it's my fault for not collecting the first reward earlier and I will not be given the final reward. Do they have no idea how the stamp card is supposed to work? Are they unable to give out this reward? Hey, if support isn't allowed to give out keys, that's fine, but give me some sort of compensation.
