What exactly is not working?

My placings are never available on the web portal

The last top event finish I have listed on my profile is The Rock's Most Electrifying Solo Contest from 04/19/2021

Where in the game did it happen?

Portal

What are the steps to reproduce it?

I look at the dashboard for top 100, top 1000, etc and I'm never listed

When or since when did it happen?

Quite some time now, and I've noticed it more recently as I've been climbing the leaderboards.

How often do you experience this issue?

Every event

What device are you playing on?

iOS and Bluestacks

Which OS and game version?

Latest versions on both Android and iOS

What is your in-game name (case sensitive!) - (obviously also your Forum name)

ironsheik84 for everything

What have you tried so far to fix it on your side?

Nothing, not sure how to fix this.

I’ll throw my name onto this as well. All my event scores are wrong and/or not updated.

My faction feud scores and ranking are also not displaying correctly. Despite finishing 1st on the leaderboard for a few feuds in the last few months, my rank usually shows at just under 1,000 or sometimes not at all.
