if I’ve already did that This said all I had to do was click on the poster and it would give it to me straight to my roster but I didn’t get it when I clicked on it I’m only getting a little tokens

then I would say reply to your support ticket telling them this.
also do you just click him on the roster page that list characters or you actually claimed his poster first ?
