Can't collect Daily Spectacular Stamp

What exactly is not working? On the portal I can't collect my last 2 prizes they are locked. This is the second time this has happed to me. I'm using a windows 11 PC and Chrome to get the portal. I have also tried a iphone 13 through Chrome and Safari.

Hello goodbyemrcool, these are times based on when you claim the first gift. In the acreenshit provided it showed you have 2 hours 7 mins before the next one unlocked
