I bought the christmas of positivity finale pack II off the portal and did not recieve the 10 christmas of positivity loot coins when i claimed it on the game. The loot coins were the main reason i purchased it.

    I also had this happen last night. I bought the $20 pack of 7 coins. I claimed them in the rewards tab, but don't have the coins to redeem them. I emailed support, but I'm worried it won't be resolved before that loot expires and I'll just be out $20. Any way an admin could forward this to someone?
