Web Portal Purchase Would Not Claim in Game

What exactly is not working?

I made a purchase on the web portal. It showed up in my inventory in game. When I clicked the claim button it disappeared but I did not get my solo or faction rewards and I also did not receive my pulls.

Where in the game did it happen?

In my inventory.

What are the steps to reproduce it?

I clicked claim on items in my inventory.

When or since when did it happen?

10 minutes or so ago

How often do you experience this issue?

First time this happened

What device are you playing on?

iPhone

Which OS and game version?

iOS: 15.1.1

Game: Version 0.540

What have you tried so far to fix it on your side?

Restarted the game multiple times. Reached out to support with no answer.
