What exactly is not working?

Booker T Harlem Heat move damage bonuses cannot be increased when equipping the Booker T 100,000 yellow move damage strap along with take down medals

Where in the game did it happen?

In game when playing with Booker T

What are the steps to reproduce it?

1. Equip the special 100,000 move damage Booker T strap.
2. Equip a 133% move damage medal along with take down medals to get 40% move Damage bonuses.
3. Open the the character move damage preview right before entering a battle.
4. You will see this error: Move Damage Cannot Exceed 1E+09
5. Play with a match with Booker T. You will see the move damage is limited to 187,000. The total Donahue should be greater than 187,000 and doesn’t add up.

When or since when did it happen?

When using the Booker T special yellow move damage strap which boosts damage to 100,000
