Disappearing war score steps perks

Hello

I purchased the war score perk steps from the portal. I equipped them before the start of the first feud. There was some kind of error, and the steps showed a timer on them.

By the start of the first feud, the timer had dropped down to less than 3 hours?

This morning, the perks have disappeared and are no longer available.

It's absolutely unacceptable to not have the perks available for the entire feud. This is not ok, and I expect to be refunded for these hours that the steps are not available. Nowhere on the portal does it say that the perks are for limited time use.

Please help with this, there is still one more feud left this weekend.

    How is possible that you keep giving us such issue ? Every event , every purchase there s always problem .

    I purchased the 3 steps from the portal before the 2nd feud and when I went to use them the war score perk had disappeared. So I spent 20$ on them on the portal and now can’t use them

    Yeah, that can be called a spread issue....apparently is wasn't global, but many, many players have seen their purchased perk disappear....why?
