Huge Issues with the game since 09/24

Hello,

since Friday 09/24/21 i´m facing huge issues with the game. I can´t collect any milestone rewards, rewards from my inbox or rewards from the reward section ingame and i can´t collect the rewards from the Daily Login Section. I can´t play any of the event tours. Whenever i try to do faction related stuff i get an connection issue message and the game restarts.

On the Feud Weekend with Baszler i won those green boxes from the tour by playing with the Contest Star but never got them. The Ingame support sent them 4 or 5 times in a row to my inbox but whenever i tried to claim them i got an connection error message, the game restarted and the message was shown as "claimed" but they were gone.

This Feud weekend with King Macho Man i am still not able to collect Milestones, Tour rewards ect.

I reinstalled several times but the game is still not working for me.

And on top of all those issues i´m now facing a new issue. Whenever i try to open the game i get an Server Error Message and it won´t let me get into my account.

Things i have tried to get it solved:

• Using Mobile Data/different Wifi´s
• Using a VPN
• Using another Phone as a hotspot
• Reinstalled several times
• Portal (Also crashes whenever i try to do something with my Account)
• Updated my phone (iPhone 12 Pro)
• Game is the correct version, no iOS Update available so far

It seems to me that playing for almost 5 years means nothing nowadays.
