Game froze on loading for hard tier match for trial character

What exactly is not working? When i try to play Macho King Tour it gets stuck at the loading screen. When i restart game after getting stuck i have to heal him as his health is all gone

Where in the game did it happen? In the Macho King Trial

What are the steps to reproduce it? I tried launching Macho Trial twice and it happened twice...I didn't want to try a third as i didn't want to waste anyore health

When or since when did it happen?about hour ago sept 29th 8:30pm or 8:45 pm

I have burn 200+ health packs because my game keeps freezing while loading up battles and draining all my health.
