Carter mode- Daily battles glitch

What exactly is not working?

The Daily missions, such as Deadman’s Daily and Wednesday Main Event, are showing as completed was here day with the exception of the main event hell mode. Rewards are being shown as claimed, though they are not added to my inventory. Also, the daily missions rewards for completing them don’t get added to my inventory.
