continued game crash/freeze

When I try to go into career mode the whole game will freeze, along as it will freeze after every match

Career mode along with after every match

What have you tried so far to fix it on your side?

Have uninstalled and reinstalled the game multiple times, have reset all the settings in my phone along with done a factory reset.
