Motu Austin missing increase talent points

So where do I post about this almighty cockup on this showdown event?


So was part way through the fuse of Motu hhh to 4sg and levelled him up to 4sg max and used 5k of his shards to score points for this event only for inconsistant data popup forcing me to reload the game.


Gone back in and not a single point was added.


Have gone in and out of the game snce and still the same.


Is someone here to help to address this as between the moves and levels that's cost me 30 million in coins 5k of his shards and his 4sg. This should have scored me in the region of 1.7 million and I have been scored 0 for it.


Can anyone here help?
