No league up rewards received

Since the launch of the leagues, i haven't received any of the league up rewards/items.

I tried getting this resolved previously through the ingame customer service but got nowhere. Now recently I leagued up to league 16 and noticed i yet again did not receive the league up rewards. I am asking for all items from all previous leagues (1-16) to be credited and also that this issue, which seems to be unique to my account as i haven't heard of it happening to anyone else, is investigated so going forward it doesn't happen again and i get my league up rewards once i move on to league 17 and 18.

Some of the missing rewards include coins, the gears of acrobat Kofi and showboat BigE, token cases, belt cases, 4sb Trickster Ric Flair. I can easily provide an entire list of all missing items.

Attached are screenshots of my Kofi and BigE which clearly show i do not have their gears. Also attached is screenshot of trickster Flair, which i have at 3ss and clearly shows I don't have a 4sb fuse poster for him.

My ingame is Vicious Vic Ven. I'm simply asking for all my league up rewards to be given to me, there's no reason i should have not received them in the first place and I've gone back and forth with ingame support so many times and I don't understand why it should be this difficult. My account logs should also show I haven't received them.
