Sub Feud Perk or Line Bonus Not Working

What exactly is not working?

Either the line bonus for feud for 200% sub damage or the monthly feud perk maxed out at 200% is not working. Carmella is only doing around 87k for 11 turns but with the perks and line bonus it should be 400% of normal. Also should be getting another 50% in matches from Nikki Bella as a trainer. Something is not adding up from these bonuses because even if the 50% from the trainer is only on the original base damage the sub should be doing over 130k per turn. Not getting 400% on anyone with a sub in feud.

What are the steps to reproduce it?

Fill the middle row to get the line bonus and purchase all of the submission perks for the month and then look at the in match damage output.

When or since when did it happen?

Possibly happening the entire month incorrectly.

Every match in feud
