Serious account issues - no tour rewards, can't make faction purchases or claim rewards

What exactly is not working?

Hello. My account is not working at all. I'm unable to get rewards from the limited time tours. Making purchases from the faction store causes the game to reset. Claiming the daily login reward causes the game to reset. I'm totally unable to do anything in the game. I am also missing loot coins for real money purchases made via the portal.

At the login screen, at the faction store, during limited time tours

What device are you playing on?

iPhone

Which OS and game version?

iOS version 0.520

What is your in-game name (case sensitive!) - (obviously also your Forum name)

Matt Sabre - both in game and forum

What have you tried so far to fix it on your side?

I have deleted and reinstalled the game several times. I have also raised tickets to support, who have asked me to contact Xsolla support. I need a reset of the account, need you to please log me out of everything and try and restart. I have almost 2.8 million in roster talent - I do not want to lose my account.


Any Screenshots or videos of the issue that help us to understand it better?

    So I guess we get booted from our faction as scopeley does not care if we can play and obviously do not want our money anymore.

    I can't collect any reward in my inbox from ever since free 4 star catch up started I only got Bret Hart everyday I claim and nothing s there could u please fix this

    Please can somebody respond. It has been 3 days and my account is totally broken.

    Support have only been able to refund me for the missing loot pulls via in game cash offer.

    Here are the issues I am facing:

    • I am unable to claim daily login rewards. As soon as I try, I get stuck in a restart loop.
    • I am unable to purchase strap parts of straps from the faction store. When I do this, the faction coin is taken, and I get an error message that the bag is already opened. My strap parts do not increase, and the strap is not in my inventory.
    • I am unable to claim the free daily claim from the store (Sasha tokens, Snoop vault coin). Doing this puts me in a restart loop
    • I am unable to claim any milestone rewards from any of the contests. This includes feuds, faction MLC, anything. As soon as I try, I go into a restart loop
    • I cannot claim feud rewards. I have tried for both feuds so far, and each time, I go into a restart loop. When I start the game again, the reward is not available.
    • Even when admin send me rewards, I am not able to claim them. Claiming from my inbox starts the restart loop.
    • I do not get any contest bonuses or loot box rewards from limited time tours.

    My account is really not working at all. I have invested a lot of time and money into the account. I would appreciate your help in fixing this. My in game name is Matt Sabre. I'm playing on an iPhone, on version 0.520.

    Thank you. My account seems to be working again. I am still missing rewards that I wasn't able to claim, and have asked support for these.
