Day 15 of Login issue
Been dealing with support for 15 days and last update was this will be considered in future plans for the game….really frustrating that a response to fix not being able to login with out reinstalling the game every time. Seriously, what is the fix to this login in screen jamming the game?

Day 27, still not resolved. How can functionality that impacts players logging not be fixed after 27 days?

forum mods wouldn't know as we have nothing to do with support, so you should ask support.

Support just asked for continued patience. Posting on here doesn’t achieve anything other than publicly point out this problem. Honestly I’m at a loss how this is not being taken seriously as I would hate anyone else to have to go through this…and I am sure many others have the same problem.
