Wow, really? 250 showdown matches to max out the bonus characters that showdown event? You realize that 90mpercent of players dont play thatt many showdown matches. You guys are really over reaching with this event and how many matches need to be played to max the bonus characters. I swear you guys are purposely trying to make things harder for players. You guys really need to change the scoring format for the bonus characters for this showdown event.

Played the tour matches this morning, but after ever one the game went back to Home Screen instead of the next match, not a big deal but go a bit annoying after a while.

Pros: none. The Showdown itself doesn’t count since nothing has been tweaked therefore the gameplay should remain the same.
Cons: the new character is in no way impressive at all…it’s literally a cut and paste of tech Aleister Black so spending a ton of money, resources, and grinding for unoriginal content seems laughable. Also the shard bags suck. Literally.
how can you improve? Make original content…you have a bad habit of cut and pasting male superstar movesets on females and pushing them onto us as “fresh” or “new”. Maybe try not posting a “4 star catch up” event on your blog that requires 5 seconds to claim for better rewards vs 10+ hours of grinding.

This event is one of the worst you have ever produced, why would anyone waste their time on this when unless you spend a ton of money you will get nowhere near max. 3 bonus ss for points that don't add up to squat, factor in the tours and your still nowhere near maxed. Not sure what the thought process was with this but it's sad and a slap in the face to your loyal player. Consider trying harder please.

The expectation of 250 matches to max out might be a little over the top. Can you fix to make it a little more digestible for people with lives?

points given is too low on the tours, the portal, and with the CSS. With unoriginal content you shouldn’t be so stingy with points and locking rewards behind paywalls.

This is the absolute worst showdown event ever. Absolutely ridiculous. Everything about it . The individual milestone and faction milestone are outrageous, unreachable, unreasonable and unrealistic. Totally fail .. and you probably won't listen to the players and do it again in 2 weeks 🙄

The tours being open with the option of using a CSS to progress in the event was good. Was able to get a lot of resources.
Showdown though was a complete waste of time and really boring. After reading the blog, my strategy was do as much of the CSS bonus points while maxing the event. There’s no way I’m going to waste my weekend doing 100+ matches to not even maxing the solo event.
Maybe if mainly grinding to max with a little spending might motivate me into doing all the CSS character bonus matches, but then again, we’ll never know as it will always be more spending to max. Someone once said just do what you can for free.

showdowns usually are one of the best features in game ..this time it is maybe one of the worst showdown events ever ..
1) number of matches needed with bonus ss were way too many and the points were literally nothing ... the points gain per bonus win should have been more in order to make sense the 250-350 matches needed
2) the rewrds werent good sharfed among milestones as most were in the last 3-5 milestones that were out of reach without spending while till last time third and second to last milestone was easily reachable without spending ...
3) even for spenders the points per pull were lower than usual...
on the other hand tours were ok based on requirements and the bonus superstars were ok.
overall it was a very bad event that wouldnt worth the grind unless you were able to spend quite a decent amount of money ... tu couldnt help much as points were only for attitude era while usually there were 1 era and 1 class and we could double dip tu ... also as i said the amount of time needed isnt rewarded by the milestones ...
you shouldnt run again a showdown with those numbers.

The excessive amount are matches is a bad way to turn people AWAY from playing. I've said time and time again make it more playable not less. Spending 15 hours playing on a weekend is not the way to do it.
The shard drops are really bad especially for a not so good character.
Making it a paywall for the faction event is even worse. Why not make it how it used to be and have a match faction goal that would make it a lot more playable

the event had its ups and downs. Stacey is a carbon copy of tech Black who didn’t scale beyond the 4SG and straps meta. Extremely little incentive to chase a female character who will likely be used as a 9K coach and that’s all.
tours - the tours were one positive, fairy open requirements and the opponents weren’t overpowered to the point where the contest superstars couldn’t win.
showdown event. Copy and paste as usual. The volume of matches needed to max the bonuses was overkill. Especially considering how poor of a card she is.
rewards were alright. Most will hit 14/16 milestones if they managed the bonus matches and have some attitude era talent up available. shard bags were a moot point considering the RNG which is always the lower end of the amount advertised. If there weren’t so many coins available in the rewards I don’t think I’d have personally grinded them bonus matches.

Good event overall - no issues on m end at launch. No loss contest points because of things that weren't working.
SD - the amount of people that can attack you BRUTAL! I would go into a match. 3-turn win the match, and then come out with notoriety going down because I had been attacked and killed twice. Not sure if there is a way to turn down how many times you can get attacked over a very short duration, but that would be a very considerate thing...

- Overall, the event was 6.5/10.
- I feel like the rewards do not match the amount of time/effort required to max the match bonuses. The amount of shards rewarded vary way too much in the RNG bags. They always on the lower end of the shard range.
- Events should be considered as giving players ability to grind for the final milestone or spend to speed up the process to hit the final milestone. It should NEVER require both.
- Tours were fine. Would have liked the ability to earn more shards there since very few shards were earned in the milestone bags despite maxing both days.
- As always, loot odds need boosted. Including Typhoon at 3 stars in common loot is a worthless inclusion considering you are giving him away at 4 star bronze on Friday.

The concept is the same as any other, a selection of superstars, in this case female & a quantity of points for a number of battles.
As one of the many players with low levelled females still I managed to get pretty much all my battles done however it seems the defense shield that was present has been removed as for every 20 notoriety points I earned I was dropping 10+ in notoriety because I was being attacked quicker then I could complete battles. After grinding my way to nowhere fast maxing day one became increasingly impossible with the scores dropping rather than increasing. Day 2 started outuch the same way with specific players able to attack me 3 times in a row. I managed to press on almost completing all the points battles & get milestone 12 on the solo event yet still couldn't manage 1% on the faction event due to the low level of Stacey shards dropping from those solo milestones. Whilst I appreciate you need to protect the integrity of the game affectively what is happening is a case of the rich get richer & the poor get poorer so to speak, those who don't need the resorces as much & are already strong spend minimal time completing the events whilst those who need it most can litrally spend hours upon hours & still not complete for the efforts, many will be dropped from factions for not contributing enough when in reality they probably put in more effort than others.
The timezone of these events also make it much harder for players in the UK to maintain that 1k notoriety on day 1
I also noticed that when I was in the 600s I was getting opponents still in the 200s so the match ups weren't giving the most points either, showdown seems very unbalanced at the moment in both being attacked more than being able to attack & the opponents selected.

This weekend is money based weekend. 250 matches are not an easy thing. You people finding ways to ruined the interest of the gamers really.

i think te event goals and rewards sucked, but the gameplay was fun. I like Sasha quite a bit, (I do wish the 5 to black move you could choose where it went though)
This is the first time I have ever payed to boost the monthly character to 3sb at the start of the month, that has made a huge difference to all the events and they have all been more fun, I would have been way more frustrated with this event than I ended up being.
So my stats right now are :
Sasha: 61/100
Becky: 0/100
Asuka: 69/150
Milestone: 9/16
I always had Asuka in my matches and swapped out a stronger first person when needed.
I played quite a bit of this and only managed 69 matches. I was not going to pay any more money this month, especially for Stacy, (who should be an acrobat not a technician).
6/10 event - I had fun, but it wasnt worth the effort

It's remarkable how people will complain about pretty much everything. Last SD with a CSS grind forced you to use 400x Kofi, now the number was substantially lower since you could double down on the CSS.
I've gotten one loot coin and filled the rest with talent up and could somewhat easily max the event. Don't you want the 20mill coins in the last milestones? Well, don't play the SD then. Pretty darn easy. Complaining about an event that f2p players can absolutely max is just stupid.
Anyway, tours were fine, nothing to complain here, couldn't get all the hell mode contest points, but was easy to make up for.
I hope this f2p-friendly format stays, the unlimited talent up points played a big part in this.

Maxed the showdown coins both days. Finished day 1 above 1000 notoriety, and maxed 2 of the 3 superstar bonuses, still only got to milestone 11. Should be able to max or at least come close with out spending.

Pros:
The Normal and Hard Modes of the weekend tours were fairly easy to clear. Was actually able to steal a couple of victories in the Hell Modes too.
Showdown was easy to max out with the Superstars needed.
Cons:
Game reset and froze a few times mid match, stealing my team's energy.
Shard awards for Stacy Kiebler were pretty low considering the grind needed to reach milestones in Showdown Tournament.

I don't mind doing a bunch of fights but this was too high.
I do appreciate the opportunity to get more showdown coins each day but perhaps you can reset the level back to 0 so we can get more bonus fights too.

I will start off by talking about the good experiences with Stacy Keebler contest is that it's nice that we are able to do all 3 tours even if we do not have the required characters. I also liked the amount of coin and other resources that were in the contest.
As for the bad I would say that there was only 3 superstars used with massive amount of matches that needed to be completed as well as there should of been more females needed to do with less matches as well as the point system I get that scopley is in the business of making money but those that are free to play are not going to get that high in the contest. I am all for grinding just the points seemed to not be there.

- TOURS: Again, the tours have been another plus point for the weekend events. Recently these tours have been well-balanced in terms of requirements, difficulty, and rewards.
- CSS: Unlike others, I thought the 350 match target was pretty reasonable. If you had strong enough CSS, you could double-up to cut that number in half. My only issue with the CSS for this event was the points per win. Completing all the wins should have been worth more solo event points.
- LEADERBOARD: Yet again no contest for players to compete against each other. I'm beginning to wonder if we'll ever have an opportunity to play competitively or if the 'game' is now just a pokemon collection app. Recruiting characters and roster-building doesn't have much appeal if there is nothing to gain from having a strong roster and winning matches.
- SHARD BAGS: The number of shards from the bags was a huge disappointment. The character isn't top-tier in any way, so this would have been a great time to offer a guaranteed 2sb poster. I think the frustration with the 350 matches from a lot of players is due to the poor shard bags they got in return.
- STACY KEIBLER: Not every character can (or should be) overpowered, but a little more effort could have been given to make the character more interesting and competitive. Some tweaks should have been made to move/bleed/submission damage to make this character more viable in the current meta.
Overall, this event felt underwhelming. The grind and spend/talent-up to hit the final 2 milestones just didn't seem worth it because of the poor number of shards given out. The character is quite average and players didn't really have much opportunity to recruit her even at a 1,600 recruit point.

Whoever thought that 100 matches for two bonus superstars and 150 for another would be a good idea should be fired The game should not require 4+ hours of game play to max those milestones. That's a minimum of 250 showdowns for bonus points, which is ridiculous.
I'm not even touching on the absurd milestones, which are not obtainable without spending obscene amounts of cash.

350 matches was a grind for sure, but I appreciate that we were allowed to double up so clearing through the matches was a lot easier.
I liked that the tours were open so you could use whomever you had in case your Becky, Sasha, and/or Asuka couldn't clear them.
The only thing I found weird is this is the first showdown that I can remember where getting the featured character didn't give you extra points anywhere.

Overall showdown needs help. Maybe different arenas for newer players with lower awards so they can feel like they are progressing. Also, making the game needlessly grindy so they pay instead is not an enjoyable game mechanic.
