Connection error
Game keeps crashing saying no internet connection, but I have mobile plus wifi connection and game still not loading in. Please resolve

How come the programmers are still unable to cache the superstars status during a match? Every time the game crashes during a game we lose health and every time we mention this, we get the same answer (for almost 5 years)…we are looking into it.
5 years and no step further in solving this issue!
And of course the crashes are increasing with every update.

With the game moving server side and the implementation of the timeout, it would cause more issues than it fixes , As well as in a feud per say locking your faction in until either the time expires or until you decide to return.

I had to Uninstaller the game and reinstall it. Now it seams to be working except when it froze last night I was finishing a mixed tag showdown match. My wrestlers lost all their health when it froze. Here is were they are when I was able to get back in the game. Doubt they will give me HP's for the game issue.

I enjoy playing this game it's a good time consumer, very entertaining. But I have a problem with this game crashing on me I have my phone set on wifi and it still keeps crashing on my important matches please fix thank you

So you are actually saying that you have created a bug 5 years ago and didn't do anything about it. Then you went ahead and programmed a lot of new features that trigger the bug. And now you are saying to the community "it sux to be you!"

We have actually seen instances where upon a crash the superstar still has full health, it's not everytime but this aspect of the crash (while not necessarily the crashing itself) has had some improvements.

I've been having this problem for over 3 months now
What exactly is not working?
Game crashes with the message "no connection" when I start the match. If I click OK button, mesaage appears again and again, so I need to close the game then and I lose the match and superstar's health.
Where in the game did it happen?
Everywhere. Tours, stip tours, feuds, blitzes, everywhere except showdown.
What are the steps to reproduce it?
By entering the match.
When or since when did it happen?
It's been like this for over 3 months now.
How often do you experience this issue?
I have the same problem multiple times per day. Every third or fourth match that I start.
What device are you playing on?
Samsung galaxy note 9, android
