Dealing with a hacker for 3 months

What exactly is not working?

The game's security. I've been dealing with a hacker since early May. I've pretty much had back-to-back constant support tickets open ever since. This week they removed my account from all devices at my request(2nd time we've tried this), waited nearly 3 days for them to restore my account and my hacker got access less than 24 hours later. I don't know how he originally got access. I've never willingly allowed another person to use my account and had it tied to google and facebook. I've since created a scopely id, but whatever my hacker is doing removes my account from facebook and scopely id. I've spent a ton of money on this game and this is incredibly frustrating and mods referred me to here to seek assistance.
