Can't start a match it shows red ring only.

I cant start a match for 2 days now.(22,23 july).everything in game works fine.when i click on bettle it starts showing red ring 5/8 min still not starting the match.tried unistalling but nothing changed.i m using samsung j5. My IGN :abdul783206.
