Flat Move Damage Medals Not Working with health steal moves

1. What exactly is not working?

Flat Medals are no longer applying to life steal moves.

2. Where in the game did it happen?

In-game matches. Using the cards.

3. What are the steps to reproduce it?

Equipping a FLAT move damage medal to a card with a life steal move, going into the match, and using the life steal move, seeing the flat move damage medal did not add more damage.

4. When or since when did it happen?

It’s been about 7-10 days of NOT working.

5. How often do you experience this issue?

Every time I try to use a flat damage medal on a life steal move.

Android Samsung Note 9

Android and MOST RECENT game version

9. What have you tried so far to fix it on your side?

I unfortunately have wasted over 10,500 strap parts trying to unlock a move damage medal slot in order to test out this issue. Of course the strap parts are gone to reinforcing different straps, and the medal bits to remove said flat move damage medal, as it does not work.
