20 Pull Ho-Ho-Hogan Exchange issue

So I did the 20 pulls of the Ho Ho Hogan Exchange this morning and my shard count didn't increase at all. I pulled 50 shards total, but my balance stayed at 203 shards. I closed the game out and went back in thinking that maybe there was a delay, but my shard count still hasn't increased from the Pull Exchange.

My assumption is you did the 20 pull and watched each one open and noticed they didn't add to it. If so the entire 20 pull is added prior to the animation of opening. If not then you'll need to contact in game support.
