League rewards
I hit the final requirement for the level 10 superstars to lvl 210. As a reward I should of been given 6 tp cases that contain 50 tp of each colour. I wasn’t rewarded this. I have raised an in game ticket, this ticket and another via the portal. See attached images

I’ve now sent 3 separate tickets into support on 3 different platforms and had zero reply’s on any 🤷🏻♂️

it takes a few days for support to get back to you but they will, no one on the forum can do anything about support issues

Hey @BoomBoomBadger,
That is basically the worst you can do to speed up the progress. Don't open up several tickets to one and the same issue. This definitely slows down the queue you are in.
I would recommend using our little Support Ticket guide to avoid any unnecessary blockers and misunderstandings.
Unfortunately, those kinds of Support issues have to go to Support directly (as stated in our Community Guidelines). We can't really help you with that here but please keep us posted if there is any progress for you.
