Unable to link to FB or Scopley account

What exactly is not working?

It is not logged into the account. When I try it says current progress or FB progress which is level 1. Say if I select progress will be lost.. Portal says no faction and doesn't have my username.

Where in the game did it happen?

Upon settings log in to FB and Scopley

What are the steps to reproduce it?

Saw I wasn't logged in. Went to log in and it happened.

When or since when did it happen?

Must have been yesterday. Couldn't collect Christmas in July points

Scared to do anything. Don't want to lose progress

I stop here don't want to lose any progress..
