Hello, i need help. Is email the only way to contact customer service? I am writing more than 1 eMail every day. i get an answer mail everyday with questions i already answered or the answer is in the mail that i have written...


What is the Problem?

my scopely ID is: dt3@dt3.de

my Username in WWE Champions 2021 is DT3

The Avatar is a picture of me!!!

password is correct and lets me in!!


My iphone / ipad are empty. No data!!

i log in with apple ID - i get an error - no backup

I log in with Facebook - i geat an error - no backup - i start at level1

I log in with Scopely ID- i geat an error - no backup - i start at level1


Now somebody has to link my data with my scopely ID.

I write everyday since sunday to the customer support. Explaining everything with details. I get response with an other question about things i already have written. It is always the same support ticket number. it is everyday a different agent sending me some standard text. With a question about details that i have explained, details and screenshots that are included in that mail. i am exhausted, tired, angry and sad. I just want to play. I spent so much money on this game. Maybe i should take everything back? Please help urgent.
