What exactly is not working?

Step up pack not reset in the store

Open store, scroll down, stuck on the step you haven't bought

Since week 2 mutants loot

How often do you experience this issue?

Just happened this MLC. Previous MLC step up packs would reset the start of each weeks loot.

Turned off the game and on.
