Constant crashing/ Quicker Support

Hi,
This is obviously universal, but the constant crashes are getting totally ridiculous and making the game unplayable. But the real part that is making it unplayable is the depleted health.
Ive had 6 crashes in 48 hours. That’s costed over 1000 health packs, support are so slow to respond to queries likely because of this issue, last week I just get a generic message and a closed case which was so fricking initiating.
Clearly there is a massive range of bugs the developers are unable to solve at present, maybe in the mean time it would be worth removing the health depletion after a match or unlimited health packs until the developers are able to fix these problems

there is nothing "universal" about that, there is no general issue making people crash so I would suggest opening a proper post with details about your issues and the steps you attempted

The constant crashes are universal because it seems everyone is dealing with them, and if anything fact it’s happening in so many settings are more concerning.
Most of the ways are happening are already being reported, however I think it’s pretty clear it’s in game bugs that’s the problem not players.
Now instead of flipping out which many are and rightly so, I tried to come up with solutions to help smooth other the problems, and instead all I got was an extremely rude response.
That in itself seems to be the massively problem atm, there are serious issues and instead of trying to work with players to get to a satisfactory result, it’s just rudeness and a lack of support, it’s so bizarre to have a game run by people who care so little about the players

It is not universal. I haven't experienced any crashes. Which is why it isn't a simple fix.

I’m using my IPhone/IOS system and have experienced issues with the game suddenly closing during random matches. This of course depletes all of my fighters health. This issue has been ongoing for about two weeks now. I’ve also experienced multiple issues with loading and freezing. I’m aware that the freezing issue is being worked on, but the constant need to replenish my fighters health has all but completely depleted my health pack inventory. I’ve tried turning off my phone and restarting it, as well as ensuring I have all updates and the issue persists, so I am inclined to believe this is an in game issue.
