    Please help me!!

    See my screenshots.

    Game froze 17 times in that sd and i usually has 2 x 5ss stars murdered. I drained alot of hp, faction heals and time because of the issue.

    I had nearly 4k hp before event and now a few hundred with titan fued coming. Ive been asking for help for 3 weeks and tickets are closed as a known issue.

    17 times, 5ss= 100hp x 2 stars each time= 3400hp

    3400-750 given to everyone as this was an known issue is still 2650 less

    I am a loyal player and customer spending $200-500 a month. All i am asking is for hp lost due to known issue. And all i get is 3 or 4 closed tickets last 3 weeks
