Missing Purchases

Hi all

I played that game from past 3 year but from some month I faced issue when I purchase some item from store and after payment deducted from my account purchase failure msg shown on game window and I Lost my real money I send help query in support but he cant help me he said that to provide gpa code but if game said purchase failure How gpa code was generate I cant back any compensation from support and also not get back my money what I do I attach all screen shot with that massage chk and help me

Typically if you don't have a gp code it means the purchase didn't go through on one end and usually the money will be refunded when it registers with google that it didn't go through. Alternatives would be to contact your card company. If support can't see a transaction and you don't have a transaction number they don't have any way to identify what the purchase was to help you.
