Showdown match not starting

Hi everyone,


twice in a row now I just tried to join a showdown match but both times the match just wouldn't start.


The game stays as shown in the screenshot below.

Both times I had to restart the game so:

  • Both my superstars lost all their health.
  • In the battle log both matches appear as 'DEFEAT' and I've lost notoriety.


It would be nice if you:

  • Fix the issue
  • Make up for the lost health
  • Restore the lost notoriety


Additional information:

  • The first time it happened I was using my Android phone
  • The second time it was an emulator on the PC


In addition, I just tried to battle in the daily main event wednesday and the same happened (my Sika has no health now) so I guess this issue is not specific to a particular game mode.


I'm afraid to start a match now so I guess I'll be spending some time selling medals and leveling up guys.

    Same problem here for any type of matches. Stuck on loading and when i kill the app and come back, my wrestler has 1 HP

    I’ve had the same issue a number of times in the last few days also. Also on both iOS and Android devices in blitz, showdown and on the road.

    Yeah, I've had the better part of my roster decimated by this.

    Do we really need this mechanism where exiting a match - even before it's loaded - kills your superstar dead?

    I can understand for PvP stuff to stop people leaving if they are losing, but if I'm just playing Career mode or whatever and either the game crashes or I lose my Cell signal it seems really unfair to take most of my health - do you want me to play your game or not?
