Freezing issues

What exactly is not working? Game freezes or won't load so you have to force app to restart thus injuring superstars


Where in the game did it happen? Stip tour and mutant tour


What are the steps to reproduce it? Not sure what this means


When or since when did it happen? Been happening for for last month even longer 6 weeks


How often do you experience this issue? Atleast once or twice a week


What device are you playing on? Android mobile


Which OS and game version? All current up to date


What is your in-game name (case sensitive!) - (obviously also your Forum name) james843556


What have you tried so far to fix it on your side? Cleared cache. Uninstall and reinstall.. contacting support for help

    I just start playing the game for the new tours every time I click on it my game freezes and I can’t play nothing

    i have been struggling with this game and tech support for 3 weeks…ever since I did the suggested “scopley sign in” game is frozen on Home Screen…shows it’s loading…loads “57/57mb” then NOTHING…so frustrated

    Getting the same. Unable to start a match. Can get into the app but get a red ring whenever I try to start a match. Been happening for the past 1 hour. Multiple reports of the same issue from my faction.

    Game is freezing randomly on match start ups today.


    Red loading ring goes nowhere, game reboots on the timeout,


    Superstar is dead on reboot.

    Kinda really sucking when it's a 5ss. Those heal packs from from yesterday's comps aren't even enough to cover today's random deaths.


    Android up to date. Normally do not have issues with freezing. Last two days only.

    Some on IoS

    Some on Android.


    Normally no issues for the people reporting this.

    Started a showdown i would win hands down but game froze before it started and it gave me a loss and injured my 2 wrestlers both 4 stars. Crazy. Need to fix the auto lose and injured on freeze or disconnect.

    I use a sony Xperia I2

    I've had issues

    On yellow stipulation tour

    Mutant showboat tour hell Bianca and Braun

    Showbaoat tour hard node 2

    I had issue doing blitz Tuesday and Wednesday last week.
